What a weekend!!!🎇 @sasquatchproam was a success. We are so proud of each one of our people who competed. We feel such a spirit of gratitude for this journey, and what God has allowed us to do in this industry. There are a lot of women that reach out with the heart to compete. Some get to stage and some don’t. Beatrix really really impressed me. It was a slow start with some weeks that felt like the needle would not move and some weeks where life just presented real challenges. But she never veered from her goal, ever. We were about 4 weeks out, and I told her that I wasn’t sure if she would be ready for stage and to push the date out. I couldn’t drop her food anymore or increase her cardio much more and feel comfortable with it. She said she was committed though, so we decided to keep going and see— and wow. She showed up in a way that really impressed me. The discipline that this sport takes is obvious. But let’s be honest, not everyone walks the journey with a good attitude and smile. Beatrix, not only did you push through with resilience, you ALWAYS had a good attitude. Times where I was critical and pushed you, you just kept showing up. You’re unwavering. Honored to coach you and am so proud of the package you brought to stage. You did it👏👏👏🫶🙏.

Huge spot light on this client @hapahaolehughes he came to us a few months back very unsure but willing to give us a try. We had our first couple training sessions together and he decided to commit. We started the nutrition program and trained 3 days a week together and today he looks like a completely different client. Healthy, strong, and pushes just as hard as any of my other clients. Love to pour my energy into these guys that give me their all. Super proud coach today. Our first session I remember Robert was having a hard time sitting down and standing up. So to see him squatting and doing hard movements at 54 years old is a whole other level of accomplishment. Always have space and time for clients like this guy!!!

“I’ve gone back and forth on posting this because it feels really vulnerable and scary — but that’s exactly why I started this account.

I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. Growing up dancing, I never felt like I had a ‘dancer’s body,’ and that left me constantly questioning my worth.

For most of my life, I was hyper-focused on watching the number on the scale go down — like my value was tied to it. So starting my reverse and seeing those numbers go up was incredibly difficult. But I’m slowly learning that growth — mentally, physically, and emotionally — often requires getting uncomfortable. And sometimes that means letting go of the scale and trusting the process.

This transformation is about so much more than what’s visible. It’s about healing my relationship with food. It’s about building strength — not just in the gym, but within myself.

I did this for the girl on the left — the one who didn’t know this was possible. Who didn’t see a way out of the yo-yo dieting, or the constant self-criticism. I’m proud of her for never giving up. 🤍”

This is Cody who came to us 5 ish months ago looking to drop a few pounds. Well now a little more then a few lol. Starting on the left at 220 lbs is now sitting at 187 lbs today. This guy runs his own business and still finds the time to prep and follow his plan to a T. The results are a testament of his discipline and work ethic. We love to see these!! Can’t wait for @thefitnesscompoundbothell to open and all the people we will be able to serve, and to Coach.

What a journey for this guy right here! @idjofit started with us last year ready to get back on stage after several years of not competing. We slow rolled through the being just trimming off some unwanted body fat. We knew this needed to be done prior to competing. So Mathew was diligent for about a year before we even started prep. He has dropped from 233 lbs to hitting the stage last night right at around 170 lbs. This is pretty mind blowing and takes a special kind of person. Can’t praise this guys efforts enough. While everyone was competing, he was just sitting back doing exactly what was on the plan. Even if he really wanted to compete. We sat through Vancouver, and then Emerald cup, still not quite ready. Never complaining or just jumping in not ready. We waited and it eventually paid off. Patience and diligence are the words that come to mind. Great work Mathew!! You have been such a great representative of doing what needs to be done at all times. We thank you and appreciate who you are. Let’s keep chipping away🙏🏽 God is so good.

Each one has been special to us in their own way, but all gave an incredible effort at what is the biggest NPC show in the nation.

We definitely hit a milestone with this show. With over 20 competitors 🤯 talk about busy. We managed , but can’t help but to see Gods hand over all of this. Being without a home gym this whole year and kind of out of the seen all together. By the grace of God alone he sustained us and continued to provide. Our business keeps growing and opportunities continue to arise. People say don’t count your blessings, but for us we count every single one. The difference is we know God has the final say. Everything we are, and everything we have is because of his sovereignty.

With all this testosterone male energy this weekend, we gotta recognize our female athlete that held it down at Ecup. She’s a pre med student at WSU and executed her first season like a pro. Never came with excuses but always with a “I’ll get it done” attitude. As coaches, yes, we give you the plan and support, but it is YOUR job to execute. In this sport, we can’t hold your hand . It’s on the athlete to turn up the intensity and to find a way to navigate life responsibilities while sticking to the plan. Those of you that have been coached by us know that we will always push you and the expectations are clear. Some people are genetically gifted and others have to work extra hard to catch up. The evolution of competing. The first pic is several weeks after @kj.ascher started getting coached. The second is when she was about one week out for her first competition. The one on the right is 6 months post show. The time between left to right is less than a year, although shes been coaching now with us over a year.

I will be the first to tell you how difficult it is to reverse post show, but c’mon. Duh. It’s ALL difficult, so might as well make it worth your while. These comparison photos show the fruit of her hard work. We cannot stress enough how critical it is to reverse, get your food up, train your tail off, and have an aim to GROW. Because we were able to *gradually* take her food up, she’s been able to hold onto SHAPE and BUILD. Not just blow up and be a potato all off season. What happens to a lot of female competitors is that they gain a massive amount of weight after the show (rebound), and then it takes a toll on them mentally. So instead of executing a true improvement season, now they’re just battling to manage their weight the whole time and completely miss the window of opportunity to grow. And THEN what happens is— they step on stage looking exactly the same. Don’t let that be you. The name of this game is to IMPROVE and be better than YOU were last time on stage. Idk about you, but we refuse to step on again unless we’re better. The nature of this sport is to push you, challenge you, develop you, and reveal what is truly inside you.

I’ve said this multiple times to you Kylie, but I’m very proud of you. Full time college student- you got the world ahead of you. As coaches, we’re truly blessed to be able to guide hard working, hungry, never satisfied athletes. 🙏 and OK… GLUTE growth 🔥👌

Well he did it! @frankiearcega told us a couple years back that he wanted to be our first Ifbb Pro. I think it was after winning the overall in Vancouver if I’m not mistaken. I can honestly say there was no doubt in my mind about him accomplishing this goal. Frankie has been a staple on this team. Always the guy everyone wanted to strive to be like. He is infectious and loved by everyone. There is nothing I would do differently with him. I give him direction, and he executes with no questions. Literally a client could not be better than what we have in Frankie!

This sport is bigger than any trophy, or any amount of money. This is an internal battle we go through and push ourselves through. Then at the end of the journey we can be PROUD of what we were able to mentally and physically accomplish. Win or learn we can always be better. This sport and these accolades are not for the weak willed, and not everyone will have what it takes to get them. This is why it is so special to us as competitors.

Shoutout to @kj.ascher for getting through her first prep and shining at her first show. 19 years old and 80% of her prep was done in a college dorm with no kitchen. Some people have excuses, and some people will find solutions.

Kylie first came to me with her mind made up and 100% committed with doing a show this summer. I said- LETS GO! Although at first she was wondering why we were “prepping for so long”, she just trusted our strategy. As a coach, I will always encourage a longer prep and not to rush the process. This doesn’t mean you’re at a hard deficit the entire time, but it is allowing yourself time to establish routines, not to cram/crash, time to learn your body, time to cut so you don’t sacrifice what muscle you have to start. Specifically if it’s your first time competing.. allow yourself the time to truly do a full prep and bring your best look so you can enjoy the journey.
