The desire to improve one’s fitness, that many people want in their life: we want to be bigger, faster, stronger and aesthetic. We start this fitness journey full of zeal, eager to complete our workouts, desiring to learn. But soon, as many others do, I found myself feeling defeated. Though I was working out 5/6 days a week I was not seeing the results I desired. That is when a friend of mine said I should message his friend who is trainer and a competitive body builder. With trepidation, I messaged Jordan thinking “This is just another trainer who will take my money, give me a cookie cutter meal plan, and not care if I follow through.” I did not expect what I received. From the initial consult, I could tell something was different. Jordan is the type of man who cares about his clients. Not only their fitness but their lives. I am blessed to be able to call Jordan my trainer. His knowledge, competency and caring are exceptional.
In the 9 weeks I have been training with Jordan I have made more progress towards my goal than I ever have. I started at a weight of 181.1 and in 9 weeks I am currently down to 165.6! That is 15.5Lbs down while still putting on lean muscle mass! Jordan is always there for me as a client to answer my questions, listen to my struggles and encourage me. Near daily he sends a motivational text to help keep me focused on my goals. Moreover, I have faced one of the most difficult situations of my life and Jordan has been there as a friend. I not only say I recommend him but have recommended him to two of my best friends. I began my fitness journey because I did not want to take medication at a young age. When I was 18 my cholesterol level went up to 500. I refused to take the prescribed drug for me. Then, decided to start working out- I went from weighing 250 lbs to 150.
Coach Kimberly has been a big impact in my life. I did not have the confidence to walk in the gym and go straight to the weight room. I did a lot of cardio on my own. But never really lifted weights because I was too shy to walk in there and start lifting. I was afraid that people would criticize me. With the help of my great mentor and coach, Kimberly, I became confident. She taught and trained me how to lift weights and be healthier. To think about the muscle group you are working on and to always be cognizant about your form. Regardless of the weight or load, always lift with proper form. My next goal is to Power Lift. Renovation Fitness has changed my life in a massive way. I started getting Coached by Jordan Hubbard 4 months before my first bodybuilding competition. It was the best decision I could’ve made. Jordan encouraged me, educated me, directed me and most of all cared about my results. From day 1 to the day of my competition, Jordan constantly pushed me and kept me accountable.
I started training with Renovation Fitness weighing 235lbs and finished on my show day weighing 200lbs. Being coached by Jordan was a great experience. For many years I was skeptical about coaches, I thought I could do it on my own. I decided this time around to swallow my pride a little bit and try something new, and that was one of the best decisions I made going into prep for my last show. The diet plan was easy enough to follow, which is important if you work for a living. I simply don't have time to cook 30 different things for 1 plan. Don't get me wrong, there were still plenty of protein, carbs, and fat sources.. the specific foods were easy enough to prepare. I was also coached on posing, which I believe helped me immensely, and the guidance on training helped me bring up weak parts that you couldn't even tell were weak parts on stage. I think what I liked most was the encouragement I got from both Jordan and Kim. I went into this show with an "as long as I place" mindset and by the time I was 3 weeks out the mindset was "I'm here to win". Don't let that fool you though, I definitely suffered, coach made sure of that. As a result, I reached a level of conditioning I never have before. Being that this is our first prep together, I'm excited to see what the future holds for us. Amazing experience and amazing people!

Late summer of 2017 I reached out to Jordan as I seen the transformation he has gone through and where he was at the point in his life physically. I wanted that as well. I've been a gym regular but mostly just been a cardio person, and I would lift weights here and there but not on a daily basis- nor did I have a routine down. I didn't have a good eating plan.. I would go some days without eating or just eat once a day. Bottom line- I was lost. I contacted Jordan just to get some advice and maybe get me on the right path as far as what I needed to eat. Basically give me a foundation focusing on the nutrition side. After talking with him, he just said straight out "why don’t you let me train you". I didn't have any intentions on having a personal trainer. I just wanted some advice. After talking a little more and just going over what he expected from me and what he could do for me as far as getting me on the right path on my physical journey, it didn't take a lot of convincing to get me to sign up.
Since I started training with Jordan, it's been a lot of hard work and a lot of eating; but more importantly, there's been a lot of motivation. I've been really impressed with how he's been able to get me on the right track. He's constantly checking in on me at the beginning of the week or the middle of the week to see how I am doing, and seeing if I need help with anything. He's been able to get me on a good diet that works around what I like. I came up with a list of foods that I prefer and from there he gave me plan that I can stick with on a daily basis. If I get tired of something on my diet, I can easily text him and say I want to switch this or I want to take this out, and without hesitation- he does it.
With my weekly checkin's he's comparing my photos and from there he's letting me know if I made any progress. He tells me if he wants me to switch some things up or do some differently. I couldn't ask for a better coach who's constantly checking in on me and letting me know how my progress is going. If you’re looking to hire a coach to help you with a meal plan and just give you a workout routine and keep in touch once a week.. then Jordan is probably not your best fit, BUT if you’re looking for a coach that's going to be constantly checking in on you to see how you’re doing, how your workouts working out for you and if your diet plan is good enough for you, to give you the motivation at the beginning of the week to pull strong and have a good check-in.. well then, I would highly recommend Jordan. He does not take any credit for what he does, but in reality, I couldn't have transformed myself without his help. So in fairness it's a team effort. He's not asking for much- just do the work, put in the time, and stick with the tools that he gives you. I can guarantee you your life and body will be better off.

Losing weight has never been easy for me, however gaining weight seemed like second nature. I reached a point in my life I wanted to try, I was in a rough spot and was hoping to find something in a gym. I was introduced to Kimberly and wasn't sure at first, but she is just as emotionally supportive as she is fitness wise. She understood that - for me at least - getting fit was never because I couldn't physically do it, but because of my lack of confidence to. She helped me through a lot of triggers and pushed me passed what I ever thought I could do.
Nutrition. Nutrition. Nutrition. I have always struggled with it. I don’t eat very much- maybe one meal. And it would be just a dinner or lunch at a fast food establishment.
But I’ve improved by not beating myself up for one bad meal, nor being overly congratulatory over one healthy meal. I’ve grown by learning how to meal prep and what types of meals my body responds to best.
I have lost almost 100 pounds. I can run a 6 minute mile, squat 175lbs squat, deadlift 215lbs.
Coach Kimberly has been the spear head of my journey. Luckily, for me, she takes great pride in her clients and even today almost two years later we still keep in contact, and I still feel the need to ask her questions. Good trainers don't make good clients, they make healthy individuals, and that's exactly what she is!

Well what can I say! Being coached by Jordan has been one area in my life I will never forget. He taught me the right techniques/perfect form for my workouts. It was a whole different thing for my body. His workouts are not always the same. He teaches you different workouts that will shock your muscles and make sure you come out from the gym pumped up! Someone like myself who is scrawny and struggled to get bigger, muscle growth was tough! But with Coach Jordan giving me a nutrition plan that was the best fit for me, it helped chang my body from skinny to being more muscular. A sexy lean muscular man ;) haha. So if you want to change your body, even if it’s to lose weight or gain muscle.. he’s the coach you would want to get!!! He will push you to your limit and show you that you will never regret the hard sweaty moments in his training program.

I wanted to get a coach to help guide me in the gym. I was intimated by the machines and only stuck to what I was comfortable with. You know that girl, the one who is always telling her girlfriends about the latest fad diet she is SO excited about and how THIS one and THIS time will be different and work? That same girl drops some weight quick and then when things fizzle out the weight packs back on (and then some). I mean if yo-yo dieting were an Olympic sport she’d surly win the gold! That girl was ME to a T for as long as I can remember, either losing or gaining but never able to maintain a healthy, stable weight. I met Kim and Jordan and started following their fitness journeys on Instagram and was in awe of their dedication to fitness and nutrition. When i saw that they had started offering fitness and nutrition coaching I knew they would be the coaches I’d want to have in my corner and so I reached out to them and am so glad i did!
Like I mentioned above I UESD to be the queen of crash diets and was just fizzling out of one when I reached out to Kim and Jordan. What first really impressed me about Kim and Jordan was the way they listened to my diet history and gathered so much information about me. It was clear that the services they were offering were not a one size fits all plan but rather a custom built plan just for ME that would address my specific concerns and needs. Kim decided to reverse me out of the crash diet i had been on by slowly adding carbs back in week by week and i can tell you that i instantly felt my body say “yes! Thank you, THIS is what i’ve needed!” In no time I was eating WAY more food than I had been, I had more energy, I was dropping weight and inches and my body felt healthy. Another big struggle that Kim and Jordan helped me overcome was finding balance in my life, to fuel my body the right way and be consistent but also to live life and enjoy myself. The constant level of support and encouragement from these two make them truly dedicated and phenomenal coaches. I have always been a person who loves to work out and be physically fit and have always been able to achieve my goals on my own. But after two pregnancies and getting a little older; I had hit a wall and was no longer seeing the results I wanted. Being a new parent of two baby girls under two years of age, I was finding it difficult to eat healthy. So I reached out to Jordan and Kimberly who had already been working with my fiancé so I was able to see the amazing results first hand of how there program works.
Working with Kimberly and Jordan has been an amazing eye opening experience. They have made more aware of what I put into my body. I have learned the importance of counting calories but also making sure I understand the science of nutrition which has allowed me to put good clean energy into my body throughout the day. With my active lifestyle this is a huge plus. It has been a difficult transition and you do have to put work in, but they have made turning my diet around convenient and affordable. They have a very detailed plan that they lay out for you. All of which is tailored to what your goals you share with them are.
The tools they have provided me with are invaluable and with the right path of nutrition and good habits they have instilled in me I very quickly started to see the transformation not only physically but internally as well. Their commitment to their clients goals is unparalleled and they work extremely well together. I have been on a weight loss journey for about 3 years and was stuck. I was looking for a reboot to get “back in the game.” I had seen Jordan’s posts and noticed that he not only posted about fitness but his faith as well which is very important to me. I decided to message him just to see what he had to offer but I was thinking I couldn’t afford it. We met up and he was so underrating to my situation and made me feel like I could do it! I decided on coaching and meal plans since I was doing CrossFit for workouts. He was so motivating and such an awesome coach! I received custom meal plans and checked in once a week with progress pictures which I hadn’t thought to do before. He was my coach for about 3 months and it was so worth it, can’t thank him enough for getting me back on track!

I've been working with Kimberly since the end of January 2018 and am now in my 4th month with her. In those 4 months, a lot has changed for me. It's not just about the weight, it's about the determination and discipline I have learned along the way. In fact, the whole time I have been working with Kim, it's been nothing but learning experiences.
I'm not the girl that's been fat my whole life. In fact, I was pretty thin and in shape until after college. A long-term relationship falling apart can do that to you. I started gaining weight, and not because I was eating ... but because I wasn't. This is where all my bad habits took shape. I never ate breakfast, had a Coke and a snack for lunch and then would eat a big dinner because I was starving. My weekends were even worse because I wasn't as regimented with my eating habits. Although I have always been "active", things slowed down. At some point in between, I tried calorie counting and going to the gym. I lost weight, but didn't understand the balance of carbs/proteins/sugars/fats and how my body reacts off of them (I do now!). The gym became boring and mundane and slowly faded out - it was hard to stay motivated on my own. The weight grew increasingly over time. I don't think I ever really realized how big I was getting - it wouldn't be until years later when I saw myself in a picture and I broke down. Enough was enough.
A friend referred Kim to me over a year ago - but I didn't have the courage to reach out to her. I thought about my weight constantly - it was taking over my thoughts, I wasn't happy anymore, it was working it's way into other parts of my life like being a good mom and wife. I knew things had to be different. That meant I had to be different. I had to reach out to Kim. So I did!
From the beginning, Kim answered all my questions and yes, I had a lot of them. If I was going to do this, I wanted to do it right. She listed to my concerns and addresses all my insecurities. I knew from the get-go that she was going to be firm - but I needed that. She is very upbeat and will occasionally send me texts of inspiration or motivation when she knows I need it. She listens to my concerns and usually will make adjustments for me - and other times she won't. After all, she is doing what is best for me even if that means I don't like it! We decided to move forward together once we figured out my goals and set the expectation of how much work it was going to be. We started at Week 1 with routine Saturday check-in's that include a set of routinely asked questions (measurements, concerns, changes, energy levels, etc.) as well as weekly photos to physically see results. We do this every single Saturday as our way to measure and assess progress.
I have appreciated the fact that she meets me in the middle with things - I am a very picky eater so it can be more difficult to "feed me", but many times she has worked foods into my plan that I do like and doesn't force me to eat things I cannot stand. On the same note, sometimes I need to suck it up and eat things I don't want to for the sake of weight-loss. We have found a way to compromise and that has proven beneficial in our coach/client relationship. I eat much more throughout the day than I ever have - she helped me realize that I actually needed to eat in order to lose weight. That's a concept that still, at times, I have a hard time grasping! She is always reachable when I have questions, doubts or moments that I'm proud to share with her. Making herself accessible to me is important to me - it's part of being a good coach!
Over the past 4 months, Kimberly has taught me that my health is important. But more than that, she taught me that I COULD do it. I doubted I could ever lose any weight but she has helped me get there. Her constant communication is very important to me - I need it in order to keep me going. She has taught me a lot about food. I've learned the science behind the numbers. I've been educated on macros and nutrients. She also appreciates the sacrifices that I have made on my end. I have made a lot of them. I am hoping with her help, all of the sacrifices will have been worth it - because I am not done yet!
In the 4 months I have been working with Kim, I am down almost 30 pounds! It is the most I have ever lost at one time. I admit, I push her for me to lose more weight in a faster time period - but she really wants to be lose the weight in a healthy manner. It's what is most important to her. As we continue on this journey together, I hope to see even better results. I'm excited to be able to have someone stand by me and want this for me, just as bad as I want it for myself. She has been awesome and I proudly recommend her. I wouldn't have been able to come this far by myself - but with her help now, I will be able to in the future.

I had always been a hardworking gym goer who would get to lifting heavy weight, slim down a bit, then would slack off and eat junk. I have been on this roller coaster for a couple years. I finally got tired of the roller coaster and got serious about losing weight. After searching for coaches, I was referred to coach Jordan through a mutual friend who doesn’t work out. We sent a few messages back and forth and I looked at his progression through the years, so I thought I’d give it a shot. It wasn’t until after our video chat when I realized this guy can take me to the next level of my fitness. Coach Jay (Jordan) brings more than just the meal plans and workouts. He puts 100% in, he checks in with me all the time and keeps me on track. He’s going through the same stuff we are so he gets it. He knows that there are days where you could eat anything and everything and days when you just feel like giving up.
